SELF - ADHESIVE LABEL
The major part of our product range is the production of paper and plastic self-adhesive labels. A wide range of label products can be found in our products, from untagged labels through thermo labels to eight color surface sealing labels. These products are used in the food industry - primarily in the meat and dairy industry - in cosmetics and chemicals, pharmaceuticals, electronics, labeling and automotive, as well as in providing customized and marketed labeling solutions for bottled beverages in the winery and soft drinks industry.
COVER
Our flagship products include a wide range of covers, made from white high-quality printing paper and multi-layer polymer coating. Its main application is the closure of PP, PS, PVC cups and jars. The largest users of this product are used to close the dairy industry - cheese cream and butter cream, cottage cheese and glassware, as well as for sealing meat jars and ready meals.
SHRINK-SLEEVE
To meet the demands of new market trends, we have expanded our product range by producing shrink-shrink sleeve films. The use of shrink-sleeve tags is becoming increasingly popular among product decoration techniques, allowing them to produce photo-quality images on any amorphous form, including full-surface graphics. In this way, the products are given a unique and unique appearance by shrink-wrapping film on the product substrate, allowing creative visual communication across the entire surface. Depending on the use, sleeve labels are shipped in rolls or cut. Different materials have different shrinkage specifications, so our materials include PVC, OPS, PS and PP plastic. It is mainly used in the labeling and advertising packaging of the food industry, including bottles and jars with soft drinks and jars, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and chemical products.
IN-MOLD
In accordance with the most modern technological needs and trends, we have introduced the production of in-mold labels, which are applied to the product by a special process of injection molding. This procedure completes the complete decoration of the product and the product itself in one step. The technology allows you to even apply photo-quality graphics to make your products more aesthetically pleasing. Using a label of the same material as the substrate, the printed polypropylene film blends into the final product itself.
FLEXIBLE PACKAGING MATERIALS
An integral part of our product range is the production and overprinting of monomer and associated flexible packaging materials. The special monomer is a transparent and white PP film, which is used primarily for labeling mineral water and soft drinks and for packing ice creams. We offer our customers a wide range of associated foils that can be used to package a wide range of products, such as chestnut, cottage cheese, butter, margarine and spice and cosmetic powders for powder chemicals.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
In our graphic studio, we provide our clients with a full range of graphic activities, including corporate image design, product, product labels, branding, product lines, packaging and design. We accept printing designs and originals from our clients, advertising agencies, graphic studios in Macintosh and PC format via any media and FTP server.
PRODUCT FACILITY CREATION
Upon request, we undertake the complete design of the company, subject to prior consultation.
